I started in jewellery a long loooong time ago. My beloved grandma, Soula taught me how. Back then we had MySpace. Anything I made, I would upload there. One day a girl, Katerina, messaged me to ask if she could buy my jewellery. I was perplexed. She wants to buy what I make? I said yes. She bought twelve pieces. I was delighted. So from that day in 2006 until today I continue to make jewellery with the same (if not more) enthusiasm and love.

Mouskin has been working with me since she was born. She has a great love for chains and anything that dangles. Very often I will find her sleeping on the job but she is a hard worker and most importantly super cute, so I have no choice but to forgive her.

Mr George has been a silversmith since he was 15 years old. So was his dad. His expertise is not just decades long, it also counts generations. Amazing guy. Also a hardworker.

Everything we do at pico. we do with infinite love, meraki* and with respect to the environment, pico. jewellery is always:

  • Handcrafted by Mr George here in Thessaloniki, Greece.
  • Made using the highest quality of precious materials: sterling silver which is plated in 24K gold but also 14K solid gold and white gold. Which means your pieces will only increase in value with the passing of time.
  • Made to order. We only make what we need to minimise waste and we then wrap it in eco friendly packaging.

*In Greek we use the word meraki to describe doing something with soul, creativity, or love. When you put "something of yourself" into what you're doing, whatever it may be.
