Shipping

We ship worldwide using trusted delivery partners, with options depending on your location.

Greece
Orders are delivered via Box Now lockers or DHL, typically within 1–3 working days.

• Box Now: €2 flat rate
• Free shipping on orders over €60

Cyprus, Bulgaria & Croatia
Delivered via Box Now, usually within 1–3 working days.

• €6.50 flat rate
• Free shipping on orders over €130

Rest of the world
Shipped via DHL Express, with delivery in 2–4 working days.

• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination

Processing times

• Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 48 hours (excluding bank holidays)
• Fingerprint and custom pieces are made to order and require 7–10 working days before shipping

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your piece, but if something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn
• Returned in original packaging

Non-returnable items

Some pieces are made especially for you or require specific handling, and cannot be returned:

• Fingerprint jewellery
• Custom or engraved pieces
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Workshop pieces

How to return

Returns can be made using:

• Box Now (free)
• DHL (return shipping cost covered by the customer)

If you’re unsure about a piece before purchasing, feel free to get in touch, we’re always happy to share extra photos or videos to help you decide.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and checked
• Store credit is also available if preferred

Shipping notes

We work with reliable delivery partners and will always support you if any issues arise.

However, once a parcel is in transit, responsibility lies with the courier. This is why we only ship with trusted services like DHL and Box Now.

International orders

For orders shipped outside the EU:

• Customs duties and taxes may apply
• These are the responsibility of the customer
