At pico. every piece is carefully made and packed with love — whether it’s a one-of-a-kind creation, a gift for someone special, or a treat for yourself. We want your experience to be as smooth as your new jewellery, so here’s everything you need to know about shipping and returns.
Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–7 working days.
Once your order has been handed over to our courier partners, delivery times are as follows:

Greece (Box Now): 1–3 working days

DHL (International): 3–4 working days
All orders are sent with tracking, and you’ll receive an email with your tracking link once your parcel is on its way.
Shipping costs

Greece: €3 flat rate with Box Now, free shipping over €150

Europe: Free DHL shipping on orders over €250
-
Rest of the world: Free DHL shipping on orders over €350
Customs and import duties are covered by us, so there are no surprises at delivery.
Returns
If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns on unworn jewellery in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
How it works

Within Greece: Returns are free via Box Now.

International returns: Customers cover return shipping through DHL (we can help arrange this).

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–3 working days after we receive and inspect the return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our work, we’re unable to accept returns on:

Custom or bespoke jewellery (including fingerprint and pet print pieces)

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Sale items

Solid gold pieces

Workshops and fingerprint kits
Repairs & Resizing — Our Aftercare Programme
Your jewellery is made to be loved and worn often.
If you ever need a resize or repair, we’re here to help:

Within Greece: Drop your piece off in-store or send it back for free.

International customers: You can ship it back to us at your own cost.
We’ll take care of the rest, making sure your piece looks and fits just right.
Damaged or incorrect items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us right away so we can make it right. Each situation is handled personally and with care.
