This guide explains how international shipping works so you know exactly what to expect at each stage of the process.
How shipping works
Each kit involves three separate shipments:
1. Sending the kit to you
We ship the fingerprint kit to your address so you can take the prints at home.
2. Returning the prints to us
Once you’ve taken the prints, you send them back to us using a DHL return label that we provide.
3. Sending your finished jewellery back to you
After your piece is handcrafted, we ship it back to you via DHL.
Shipping cost structure
Shipping is calculated based on your destination country at checkout.
The important thing to know:
You pay the same shipping cost 3 times in total:
- Once when you place your order (kit sent to you)
- Once when you send the prints back to us
- Once when we send your finished piece to you
We provide DHL labels for the return journey and the final shipment, so everything is taken care of for you.
Example
If shipping to your country costs €23 per shipment, then the total shipping breakdown would be:
→ Kit sent to you: €23
→ Prints returned to us: €23
→ Finished jewellery sent back: €23
Total shipping cost: €69 (3 × €23)
Important Notes
Shipping costs vary depending on your country, but the structure always stays the same: one shipping cost per stage, three stages in total.

- Please ensure prints are returned carefully packaged to avoid delays.
- No customs fees.
